Celebrity Street Style of the Week: Mena Suvari, Emma Roberts, & Sophia Bush

Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by Mena Suvari, Emma Roberts, and Sophia Bush. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.
Look 1: Mena Suvari’s Stylish Cold Weather Look

Actress Mena Suvari looked ready to embrace winter weather in distressed skinny jeans, an olive green, fur-lined parka, flat black ankle boots, and a brown oversized clutch.
It can be difficult to express your style when dressing for cold weather, since keeping warm is a priority and bulky layers are often necessary. That said, Mena proves it’s possible to be stylish and warm thanks to details like the fur lining of her parka and her unconventional choice of a clutch as her daytime bag.

This olive green parka with faux fur is a super fashionable way to keep warm. The color is incredibly versatile, and the faux fur gives it a glam vibe. Wear it with light colored, distressed skinny jeans and cool lace-up booties. An oversized brown clutch with cool zipper detailing is a great way to infuse your look with style, and aviator sunglasses complete the look.
Look 2: Emma Roberts’ Updated Classic Look

Emma Roberts has a quirky-cool fashion sense and knows how to modernize her classics. This week, she took two classic pieces – a striped t-shirt and black skirt – and made them look “right now” with additions like buckled black ankle boots, white cat-eye sunglasses, and a leopard print bag.

Cat-eye sunglasses, a black ponte skater skirt, and a cream and black striped crew neck top are all classic pieces, but when worn together – especially with cool, modern accessories – they get an instant update. Black buckled ankle booties add a tough-girl edge to the look, while a leopard print bag serves as the perfect print contrast to the striped shirt.
Look 3: Sophia Bush’s Playful Look

Sophia Bush looked playful this week in a bright look featuring fun patterns. She wore electric blue skinny pants, a geometric print top, beige flats, and a fab Goyard bag featuring colorful skulls. The brightness of Sophia’s pants is well balanced by her neutral-colored top and flats, but the prints on her top and bag keep things fun.

Brightly colored pants will certainly make you stand out in a crowd. This electric blue pair is fun and will look great with neutral items, like a grey top and beige flats. Goyard bags aren’t known for being college budget-friendly, but this tote bag with a skull printed on it adds a similar sassy kick to the look.

in that picture, Emma’s skirt almost looks like shorts to me, like the handmade shorts from a Looks On Campus a while back. I need to make shorts like that now haha

Love the first look! I have some combat boots just like that from Dirty Laundry! They are my go to boots in the fall/winter.

In the Emma Roberts picture, the shirt is from the childrens section I believe! Bummer, I loved it! Thanks for lovely advice otherwise, though! :)
