Here at CF, we are huge fans of Kate Spade. We love the bright colors and bold patterns the brand is known for. So you can imagine that we were psyched to discover that Kate Spade released a new brand called “Saturday!”
While it may only be Tuesday, you can live like it’s the weekend when you step out in pieces inspired by this new line. Saturday’s signature combo of bright yellow and black is the perfect mix of modern and classic, while their playful prints have an almost Art Deco vibe. Neons and neutrals, stripes and dots — Saturday really has it all covered!
To get your inspiration going, we’ve brought you ideas for some everyday looks inspired by the new collection. Below, I’ve created several outfits based on Kate Spade Saturday. Scroll down to see them:
Sport Saturday’s signature bright hue (yellow) with bold skinny jeans. Pair them with a geometric print top for a trendy and youthful look. Color-blocking is a highlight of the brand’s Spring 2013 collection, so slip on a pair of coral wedges and grab a cobalt blue bag to match. Before heading out on your weekend adventures, don’t forget circle sunnies and a fun conversational phone case to complete the look!
Dress like every day is a Saturday with a royal blue frock paired with a light yellow blazer. Wear color-blocked sandals and grab a pink cross-body bag to accent this fun look. Finish the outfit with striped circle earrings and retro shades for a totally stylish getup!
Kate Spade Saturday features a wide variety of prints and patterns to choose from, but one of my personal favorites is the Abstract Print. The artsy, colorful pattern looks darling on a casual dress or skirt. Get a similar feel with an abstract print dress — like the one above — paired with colorful heels. A neutral-tone tote bag and bright pink skinny belt add the perfect trendy accents to the chic outfit, while cool, colorful shades add a fun twist! Complete the ensemble with a bar necklace and circle stud earrings in a cute mint shade.
