If you’re a longtime CF reader, you may remember our Color Combo to Try series from ages ago. Since I’m still a huge fan of experimenting with color, I wanted to share three more fun, totally wearable combinations that are perfect for the season.

Just scroll on down to check them out, as well as some cute ways to wear each pairing.

1. Dusky Rose + Moss Green

Product Info: Sweater- American Eagle Outfitters, Top- Express, Shoes- Vince Camuto, Earrings- BaubleBar

If you’re looking for soft, muted colors that still pack a big punch of style, try the pretty combination of moss green and dusky rose.

For a cute and comfy on-campus look, opt for an on-trend lace-up blouse layered under a cozy knit cardigan. Throw on your favorite pair of jeans, as well as some chic ankle booties. Accessorize with these pretty vintage-look earrings to finish the outfit on a glam note.

2. Fuchsia + Marigold

Product Info: Sweater- J.Crew Factory, Top- H&M, Skirt- Forever 21, Shoes- Lucky Brand, Triangle Ring- Nordstrom Rack, Split Ring- Nordstrom Rack, Blue Stone Ring- Shopbop

Wearing rich jewel tones in colder weather is the perfect way to brighten up your wardrobe (and your mood!), and it doesn’t get more cheerful than marigold and fuchsia.

To recreate this fun, feminine look, start with a fitted pencil skirt and an elegant wrap-front top. Stave off the chill with this cute cardi and lace-up those classic heeled oxfords.

3. Niagara + Hazelnut

Product Info: Dress- Target, Coat- Nordstrom, Tights- Forever 21, Shoes- H&M, Necklace- LOFT

For our final outfit, I looked at Pantone’s spring 2017 color report, and was immediately drawn toward Niagara, a “comfortable and dependable,” blue and an earthy neutral shade dubbed Hazelnut. Pair them together and you’ll have a color duo that will take you from fall and winter straight into spring.

Rock this combo now by wearing a cozy ribbed sweater dress with a timeless double-breasted peacoat. Tights keep your legs warm while lace-up boots add to the cool factor. A dress this cute needs the perfect jewelry to match, like this long tassel necklace from LOFT.

What do you think?

What color combinations have you been loving lately? Would you try out any of these pairings? Which look is your favorite? Would you like to see more posts like this? Leave a comment below and tell us your thoughts.

Just as a note (mostly for Zephyr), I really really like it when the names of the stores for the different items linked to are given in the post. Not everyone does this but I think it’s much more reader friendly.
