One of the latest British-pop musicians to make a journey across the pond is former X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd. (Yes, she was on the same season as One Direction – bonus points in my book!)

Other than being fabulously British, Cher has a fun and upbeat vibe to her songs – a little pop mixed with a hint of hip hop. And yes, she does rap! Not to mention, she’s got an awesome style to match her, dare I say, swag.

If you haven’t listened to her music, check out the video for her single “Want U Back” below!

From onstage looks to street style, Cher Lloyd’s wardrobe is the definition of fierce. She mixes cute and girly ensembles with edgy accessories, creating the perfect balance of sugar and spice – think skater skirts and sneakers with bow accents and studs! You can easily steal her fabulous looks with a few key pieces that you might just find hiding in the back of your closet.

Below, I’ve created a few outfits inspired by the British pop princess herself.Scroll down to view them all!

Mix up your look with a casual but edgy ensemble like this one. Pair a plaid button-up with studded shorts and platform ankle booties, then wear a bow headband and heart stud earrings for a girly touch. For a fun twist, add animal print sunglasses and a cute mustache pendant necklace.

For a casual and low-key look inspired by Cher, wear a pullover sweatshirt with a pair of mineral wash skinnies. Pair with patent leather ankle booties and an animal print headwrap. Add girly accessories like a charm necklace and a bow ring to complete the ensemble!

What do you think?

Are you a fan of British pop music? Are you inspired by Cher Lloyd’s music and fashion sense? Would you wear any of the outfits above? Which one is your favorite? Would you like to see more posts like these in the future? Let me know in the comments!

Love her style, especially her hair! I have the necklace in the first outfit and I think it’s the perfect mix between edgy and glam.

I like some of the pieces in these outfits. Also, I’m glad that the US likes Cher Lloyd…you can keep her. We don’t want her. ;P

As an English girl – I do apologise about Cher Lloyd. Please keep her in America away from us LOL. I quite like the middle outfit!

Cher Lloyd is not fabulously British- I shudder when she is connected to the same country as me…
    Love the outfits though

You should have linked the UK version–so much better! I actually didn’t like the song at first because the US music video comes off as almost trashy.
