This post will show you which beauty products to shop for at up to 20% off during Sephora’s Spring Sale.
Welcome to Part 2 of our guide to shopping the Sephora Spring Sale, where you can score up to 20% off of everything! The sale ends TONIGHT on 4/19, so this is your last chance to stock your cart up with beauty must-haves and save big time by using the code OMGSPRING online.
Sephora typically only offers this deal for its VIB members twice a year, so take advantage of this opportunity to re-purchase your favorites and also give new beauty products a try. It’s also the ideal time to splurge on big-ticket items like high-tech hair tools or fragrance.
Read on for the rest of my top beauty product recommendations from the Sephora sale, and ICYMI, check out Part 1 of our Sephora Sale shopping guide, too.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
This overnight lip mask from K-beauty brand Laneige has a dedicated fanbase, and for good reason! Say goodbye to chapped, flaky lips because this lip mask lives up to its hype.
Enriched with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, this lip mask works to smooth your lip texture, reduce flakiness, and lock in moisture, so that you wake up with soft, hydrated lips. It also comes with a small “spatula” to scoop out product and apply to your lips, so that you don’t have to stick your fingers in the jar. Plus, the full-sized jar will last you ages – my jar lasted for almost a full year of nightly use.
This lip product comes in several different scents (and colors), including Berry, Gummy Bear, Apple Lime, and Vanilla. Personally, I prefer the Vanilla version because it goes on clear and doesn’t stain my pillowcase (unlike Berry, which left pink marks – though they did wash out).
Sephora Favorites Vacay All Day Set
One of my favorite things to purchase during Sephora’s sales are their value and gift sets, which allow you to get more bang for your buck. Plus, this is a great way to try out new beauty products without committing to a full-sized (and full price) product.
This set is perfect for summertime, with vacay-ready products including a *full size* mineral sunscreen from Dr. Brandt that is infused with skincare ingredients to promote radiant-looking skin. Of course, don’t just save this SPF for a vacation – sunscreen is a daily must-have for your face!
Additionally, there are two more full-sized products included in the set: a volumizing mascara and a shimmering lip tint, making this set an incredible value.
As for the minis, you’ll also get to try out a scalp and body scrub, body cream, setting spray, and a cream lip and cheek stick from some of Sephora’s top beauty brands.
P.S. – this set would also make for a fabulous gift!
Becca Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter
If you hadn’t heard already, Becca Cosmetics is going out of business in this upcoming September, and I am beyond bummed out that the O.G. of highlighters will cease to exist in several months. 😢
I didn’t even know what highlighter was until their wildly popular “Champagne Pop” pressed highlighter became a phenomenon in the makeup world, and to this day it is still one of the best highlighters on the market (IMO). That’s why you should stock up on any of your Becca favorites while you still can!
While I love my Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Highlighter Wand (which I would have included in this round-up if it weren’t perpetually sold out), Becca’s pressed highlighter is a must-have in your makeup kit. It comes in ten different shades and lasts forever, as you only need to pick up a small amount of powder for a major glow.
I even like to layer this pressed highlighter over my cream highlight to set it with some extra shimmer. Apply this on your cheekbones, brow bone, and the tip of your nose for a luminous look.
Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
It’s not often that you come across a product that has almost a perfect star rating, so the 4.8/5 star rating should tell you just how good this liquid exfoliant is.
If you have issues with skin texture, large pores, or acne, you’ll want to order this item ASAP. It uses BHA, a chemical exfoliant, to clear away any dead skin or buildup and reveal smoother, clearer skin.
Use it similarly to how you would a toner: simply saturate a cotton ball with this liquid solution and sweep it across your face (bonus points if you include your neck!). Layer your serums and moisturizer on top, and get ready to see a radiant complexion.
Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo
Black-owned hair care line Briogeo is a Clean at Sephora brand which features naturally based products that are 6-free™ (no sulfates, silicones, etc.), cruelty-free, and suitable for all kinds of hair types. Yass!
This scalp scrub-shampoo hybrid is a total game-changer for those who have scalp issues like dryness or flakiness, or simply use a lot of dry shampoo (guilty as charged).
Treat your scalp the way you would your face with this exfoliating scrub which helps to detoxify and remove product buildup, which can clog your hair follicles and create a dry, oily, or otherwise unbalanced scalp. Don’t forget – a healthy scalp is a key to healthy hair!
This scrub also acts as a shampoo, cleaning your strands while soothing your scalp. It may feel a bit strange at first since it has a gritty texture, but you’ll feel squeaky clean thanks to ingredients like charcoal and tea tree oil which refresh your scalp and reset its balance.
I like to use scalp scrubs once every week or two to keep my scalp balanced, healthy, and free from product buildup.
