Euro Summer Destination: Greek Islands

Summer in Greece… there’s nothing like it!

If you’re headed to the Greek islands this summer, you’ll want to pack flowy, airy pieces that reflect the beautiful blue and white landscape. It might be a little cliché, but it will look incredible in your Instagram photos!

For an evening strolling around the island towns, start with some white linen blend pants that are as comfy and breezy as they are chic.

Pair them with an eye-catching blue top, like this gorgeous halterneck crop top with an open back, and gold jewelry. These shell and pearl drop earrings have a beachy vibe, making them perfect for summer vacay.

When headed to the Greek islands (or nearly anywhere in Europe, TBH), skip the heels and stick with flat shoes instead. There are so many cobblestone and generally uneven roads, hilly terrains, and of course, the sandy and rocky beaches, so you will be much better off in flat shoes. It’s not worth potentially ruining your vacation with a twisted ankle due to wearing heels!

These woven raffia slide sandals have a short flatform heel that is about the highest heel you should bring along. Their neutral hue and summery raffia composition means they’ll match with the rest of your vacation looks, too.

Complete the ensemble with a crossbody or clutch, like this blue and white wave print clutch bag from my online boutique, Aegean Essence. It was handmade in Greece and its design is inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Aegean Sea, which is likely where you’ll be swimming if you’re headed to Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, or one of the other Cyclades islands!

Euro Summer Destination: Spain

Next up on the Euro summer circuit: Spain! Whether you’re headed to Barcelona or to Ibiza, you’ll want a cute outfit that can take you from the city streets to the beach in a flash, while also keeping you cool.

Matching sets are one of my favorite things to pack for vacation, because not only do they make getting dressed easy, but the coordinating items can also be worn separately with other pieces in your suitcase, giving you many different looks.

This light yellow linen blend set (sold separately) is an adorable choice, featuring stone details on both the halter straps of the top and sides of the shorts. The linen blend fabric is ideal for keeping you cool under the hot Spanish sun, as is the top’s open-back design, which adds a flirty touch.

When touring European cities, a crossbody bag is going to be your most convenient (and safest) option that will keep your hands free from holding a bag. This straw crossbody has a zipper closure to help keep your belongings more secure, while also looking summery.

I highly recommend investing in a practical pair of sandals, like the Teva Hurricane Xlt2 sandals that can handle nearly anything your adventures entail thanks to their excellent traction and adjustable straps. Though these sandals are rugged, their neutral hue and minimalist silhouette means they’ll match most of your outfits and won’t stick out the way other hiking sandals do. Plus, you can get them wet, making them the ultimate travel sandals.

Bring it all together with eye-catching jewelry like chunky bangle bracelets and a gold layered shell pendant necklace that evokes the summertime.

Euro Summer Destination: Rome

Ciao, bella!

If you are headed to a European city like Rome or Milan, you’ll want a stylish yet practical outfit for sightseeing that’s going to keep you cool—because trust me, it can get scorching hot when you’re taking in the sights under the mid-day sun!

A lightweight cotton dress is going to be your best bet, especially one with a cute print and flattering silhouette. This sleeveless mini dress is 100% cotton and features black and white gingham print, which is on-trend this season, yet always looks classic. It has a smocked waist and tie-front detail, adding to its feminine fit, plus pockets, which are extra handy when you’re traveling.

Keep it laid-back by wearing it with low-top sneakers, which are also going to keep you comfortable as you walk around the city. Adidas Samba sneakers are a trendy option, or try Dr. Scholl’s Time Off sneakers which went viral on TikTok for their comfort during travel.

Accessories are going to take this ensemble to the next level, including some chic rectangular sunnies, a gold pendant necklace, and a woven red crossbody bag. I love the fashion-forward design of this bag, which will give a stylish pop of color to your outfits while still being practical with a detachable crossbody strap and zippered inner pouch to help keep your belongings more secure. If you’re going out at night, you can opt to remove the crossbody strap for a totally different vibe, too.

Euro Summer Destination: Amalfi Coast

We haven’t left Italy yet—the Amalfi Coast is beckoning!

Southern Italy’s scenic coastline is a Euro summer dream destination, and you’re going to want to look your best while enjoying your time in Positano, Ravello, and the like.

For an evening strolling around town, eating scrumptious Italian food, and drinking spritzes, this long turquoise and purple printed skirt and matching halter crop top is sure to make a statement.

While this set would look great with heels, stick to flat sandals for the reasons I mentioned earlier. These thong sandals have a polished look thanks to their multi-color stones and gold stud details, which make them feel fancy rather than completely casual.

Shell handbags have been a big trend this season, and this cream handbag with beads and pearlescent capiz shell medallions has a beachy charm that will fit right in.

Jewelry can elevate any outfit (and takes up next to no space in your suitcase, thankfully), so adorn yourself with a molded gold metal cuff bracelet and some blue glass drop earrings that match the overall color palette.

Euro Summer Destination: Paris

Eurosummer Paris Outfit

Products: Top, Skirt, Earrings, Bag, Flats

Bonjour! Are you planning on having your own Emily in Paris moment this summer? Hit the City of Love in a romantic, feminine ensemble that is Parisian chic.

When traveling, you’ll want to opt for pieces that are multi-functional, like this pink and black convertible maxi skirt, which can be worn as a skirt *or* as a strapless midi dress. Not only is this piece super cute thanks to its textured lace overlay design and asymmetrical pieced hemline, but it will save you room in your suitcase, since it can be worn two ways during your trip!

In this case, style it with an equally romantic black tie-front top with ruching and a lace trim. Its sleeveless, airy design is ideal for warm weather, and it perfectly compliments the skirt.

Now while I would usually suggest sneakers or walking sandals, these woven Mary Jane flats make for a stylish exception. They have lightweight, flexible sole and memory foam padding to keep you comfortable on your feet, plus their woven design means major breathability for the summertime. Their low-profile design means they won’t take up much space in your luggage, and they can be worn day or night.

Don’t forget fashionable accessories—this is Paris we’re talking about, after all! I adore the vintage vibe that these oversized stud earrings have, along with this black faux leather shoulder bag that holds a surprising amount.

Euro Summer Destination: Croatia

Is Croatia calling your name? This summery boho look with a hint of sporty flair is going to be perfect for exploring and taking in the seaside sights.

Crochet is a quintessential summer material, and this brown crochet knit tie-front top is boho perfection. Its airy open-front design will also help to keep you cool in the summertime heat.

Wear it with some striped linen-blend shorts (another must-have fabric for the summer) with an earthy color scheme to match the top.

I’m going to recommend some Teva sandals again—this time, the Teva Original Universal sandals in a color block design that matches the outfit and with quick-drying straps so that if you take a dip in the Adriatic Sea, you won’t have to worry about ruining your shoes.

As always, accessories are what take an outfit to the next level, and some cool metal sunglasses, along with a faux pearl and shell pendant necklace, are going to add a trendy vibe to this effortless look.
