20 Cute Spring Dresses under $100

Since today is officially the first day of spring, what better way to celebrate than with a ton of cute (and mostly affordable) dresses? This season’s most universally agreed upon fashion trend is dresses. Worn casually over leggings or dressed up with a great pair of espadrilles, dresses are going to be everywhere over the next few months.
