Before I announce the winner, I just want to say that your responses for the Reebok EasyTone Giveaway were hilarious! Some of your comments had me laughing out loud, especially the one involving photos on a fridge - too funny.
Also, I'm a believer in healthy eating and exercise as the best way to get in shape for summer, so hearing about all the ridiculous fad diets that didn't work just reinforced that idea for me. It's so easy to get sucked into the latest diet fad, but remember: diets don't work. They're nothing but a recipe for short term weight loss and long term weight gain. Healthy eating and exercise is always the best method.
There were a few of comments that worried me a little, though. Eating less than 1200 calories a day is officially starvation and can cause serious health problems AND weight gain in the long run, so I just want to remind you guys to please be safe when getting in shape. Treat your body right and don't EVER eat less than that number. Ditto for overexercising - don't do it. Balance is key!
