Budget-friendly retailer H&M will be teaming up with avant-garde Parisian fashion house Maison Martin Margiela for their latest designer collaboration.
Maison Martin Margiela for H&M, which will include men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, launches on Nov. 15, 2012 — just in time for the holiday season. The limited-edition collection will be sold at 230 H&M stores worldwide and online (where available).
Sidenote: If you haven’t heard already, H&M officially announced on their Facebook page earlier this week that they would be launching online shopping in the United States starting this fall.
While you wait for November to roll around, be sure to check out this video from H&M for a sneak peek at the design process behind Maison Martin Margiela for H&M:
What do you think about this collaboration? Are you a fan of Maison Martin Margiela? Do you think avant-garde fashion is the right fit for H&M? Will you be checking out the collection after it launches? Are you excited that H&M has (finally!) decided to offer online shopping in the U.S.? As always, remember to leave a comment below and let us know what you think!
