Juicy Couture Pre-Fall 2013 RTW | ELLE
Maybe I’m just stuck in 2004, but whenever I hear Juicy Couture, I automatically think of velour tracksuits. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across Juicy’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection. It’s filled with wearable and modern basics juxtaposed with just the right amount of on-trend pieces. This lookbook is filled with outfit inspiration for college-aged women!
Want to see how you can get this look on a college student’s budget? Read on to discover three lower-priced interpretations of looks from Juicy Couture Pre-Fall 2013:
1. Not-so-Basic Basics
In this first ensemble, a plain white tee and denim shorts serve as a sort-of blank canvas for the rest of the elements in this look. The floral jacket adds interest, while blue sandals add an additional pop of color. Accessories like dark sunglasses, a structured handbag and a gold necklace lend a polished vibe to an otherwise casual outfit.

Dress up your summertime basics by pairing an on-trend floral jacket with a scoop-neck tee and denim cut-offs. Flat sandals continue the casual vibe, while also picking up the the blue hue found on the jacket. Accessorize with a long pendant necklace – this owl one is a cute choice. Lastly, grab a brown satchel and a pair of dark sunglasses.
2. Edged Out
This next look again takes wardrobe staples – in this case, boyfriend jeans and a graphic tee – then styles them up to create an edgy, nighttime-appropriate look. The collar necklace, studded sandals, and handbag add some edge, while the lacy black cardigan adds a trendy touch.

For a similar outfit, pair some boyfriend jeans with a graphic tee. Layer on a lace cardigan, then add a pair of cool studded gladiator sandals. A faux leather drawstring bag continues the trendy vibe, while a classic, yet edgy gold collar necklace completes this look.
3. Wild Child
Leopard and snake print are always popular in the fashion world, but this final look shows that zebra print can be just as stylish. When paired with red trousers and neutral accessories, a black-and-white zebra print top can look incredibly chic and fashion-forward.

Recreate this ensemble by pairing crimson-colored cuffed trousers with a zebra print blouse. Add neutral elements in the form of some black strappy sandals and a matching cross-body bag. As far as jewelry goes, all you need is a geometric choker necklace to add the finishing touch to this outfit.
