Ever since her breakthrough role as Alice Cullen in the ‘Twilight Saga’, Ashley Greene has been a rising star in the fashion world. With her casual cool street style and million dollar red carpet looks, it’s no wonder that she was the recipient of the “Style Icon Award” at Hollywood Life’s Young Hollywood Awards in 2010.

Of course, the magazine world has taken notice of Ms. Greene’s style icon status as well. Her mix of down-to-earth chic, old Hollywood glam, and flirty fab has landed her on the cover of top fashion magazines such as Glamour, Vanity Fair, NYLON, Seventeen, Teen Vogue, and Cosmopolitan, to name a few.

Of course, while Ashley undoubtedly has a team of stylists to help her pull the latest designer looks from showrooms across the globe, the average college girl isn’t afforded that luxury. (But wouldn’t it be great if we all had stylists on hand to pull Chanel for our weekend events?) So for all of you CF readers who are dying to get Ashley Greene’s chic style, below, I’ll show you to how to recreate it for less!

How to Dress Like Ashley Greene… for Less!

Below, I’ve taken five of Ashley’s best looks and recreated them with less expensive pieces. While most of Ashley’s duds are designer, it’s way easier than you think to recreate the high-end looks without spending thousands. Of course, the products featured below are just suggestions and could be substituted for even cheaper pieces (Forever 21 and H&M stock almost everything you’ll need for every look), or even better, for items you already have in your own closet!

1. A Burst of Blue and a Pop of Purple

1

Blouse, Pants, Scarf, Clutch, Pumps, Studs, Lipstick

Ashley looks sleek and sexy here in a pair of leather pants, a black blouse and blue floral scarf. I love how she opted to wear pants at night instead of the traditional skirt or dress, as well as how she added a pop of color with her gorgeous Louis Vuitton clutch that contrasts with her blue scarf.

2. Flirty in Floral

2

Dress, Glasses, Wedges, Necklace, Bag, Bracelet

Wearing a form-fitting floral frock, here, Ashley looks flirty and fresh for the first days of spring. Of course, not one to go completely girly, she added a casual vibe to her look with her stylish blue frames. This ensemble would be perfect for a summer barbecue, concert, or shopping around town with friends.

3. Hello, Sunshine

4

Cardigan , Top, Jeans, Sandals, Bag

I love Ashley’s yellow cardigan in this look – it adds a splash of necessary color for the upcoming warm months. Also, I love how Ashley paired an oversized cardigan and top with skinny jeans – the proportions contrast nicely for a flattering, casual-chic look.

4. The LBD

5

Dress, Tights, Clutch, Bootie, Earrings

Every girl needs a Little Black Dress, period. Whether you have a cocktail party, family event, or sorority function to attend, the LBD is a perfect pick, since it’s timeless, classy, and can be styled completely differently for multiple occasions. For more, check out our article on how to buy and wear your perfect LBD.

5. Modern Day Hippie

6

Skirt, Top , Necklace, Sandals, Bracelet

Ready to try some daring fashion this summer? The maxi skirt is the new maxi dress and is way more fun and interesting to style, so don’t be afraid! Here, Ashley is wearing her brown maxi skirt with a form-fitting crop top, cool necklace, and earthy bracelet. This look is perfect for a summer music festival or a day outside.
