I have a flat chest, am slender, tall, and yet have wide hips and a larger butt. See at the neckline, and also the way her chest looks, she is wearing a sports bra underneath that t-shirt and it's making her chest an unflattering shape. I don't think that busty girls need to stay away from the suspenders, but I think that whoever wears them needs to have the appropriate foundation garments underneath to make them lay right on her chest. My entire sorority got red suspenders to wear, and they are adorable! I wear them with skinny jeans, heels and a tank top. They're totally chic, and look great when worn right.
