See at the neckline, and also the way her chest looks, she is wearing a sports bra underneath that t-shirt and it's making her chest an unflattering shape. I don't think that busty girls need to stay away from the suspenders, but I think that whoever wears them needs to have the appropriate foundation garments underneath to make them lay right on her chest.
