Would You Wear… a Printed Blazer?

Popular styles come and go, but we can’t help thinking that printed blazers are here to stay. They’ve taken the fashion world by storm this season and are a bold, bright way to liven up your winter wardrobe.
If you’re uneasy about rocking this look, why not try a more subtle, traditional print like houndstooth or achromatic snakeskin? Other fun options (not for the faint-hearted) include geometric prints, florals, and bold animal prints.
Here are a few cute printed blazers we found…

I love this post! I bought this great floral printed blazer from Nordstrom a couple of months ago and get tons of compliments every time I wear it!

Yes! I bought one already

I prefer this look to printed pants, because it automatically adds more polish to an outfit- & doesn’t look like you just walked outside in your PJs (unless the pants are the tailored kind though, of course).

I love printed blazers and sweaters! Especially in a sea of people wearing dark boring coats. I don’t think they are very appropriate for interviews though. A solid color blazer is a go to staple that can not be replaced.

Absolutely! I already own blazers in black, navy, and red, but I’d love to try one in a fun floral or geometric print!

I’ve never been a fan of floral prints. Give me a classic pin stripe though, and I’ll be all over it!
Cristina
Yes I would. I like number 7 and 2. If two were polka dots instead of stars I’d definitely wear it.

Wearing a floral printed blazer right now… so tempted to wear it with a similarly colored floral dress! love the matchy matchy suit trend!

The link to the leopard print blazer won’t come up; it says the link it broken. Can you tell us where its from?

Would definitely wear it – printed blazers (and blouses too!) are so cute and versatile!

I would really like one but I’ve yet to find one that’s not too expensive that has a print I really like. I feel like a lot of them are really cheap/tacky looking.. not because printed blazers are but just the patterns and quality..

I have a flowery one , and i LOVE it … perfect way to liven up a tshirt and jeans

I bought a black and white digital floral print one last Winter, and it seriously is the quickest way to look polished but fun. Go a black+white or monochromatic one, and you can’t go wrong!

Love, love, love printed blazers – and the ones you chose for this article are perfect – not too busy or loud. I pair my printed blazer with neutrals (like blue jeans and a white tank). If I want to take the look up a notch I add a pair of lace up booties and some fun accessories (like a canvas tote, dew drop earrings and some bankgle bracelets). Printed blazers are just plain fashion fun.

I love all of the examples you showed here – and printed blazers are a perfect way to do that. I have a floral one with a grey lining that I absolutely love, it’s a great spring staple.
