Fabulous Find of the Week: JCPenney Peter Pan Collar Blouse

This week’s Fabulous Find comes from one of our favorite unexpected sources for stylish, inexpensive pieces — department store JCPenney.

It’s there that we found a super-cute bird print blouse that’s adorned with a feminine Peter Pan collar. This sleeveless top is one of those pieces that seems to go with everything, whether you want to dress it up or dress it down. Plus, at a mere $14, this stylish blouse won’t put much of a dent in your wallet either.
