Can you please help me? I want to have an edgier style but 1. I live in the Philippines so I dont usually wear a lot of jackets and boots; 2. my thighs are big so I'm not really comfortabe in skinny jeans and leggings, I usually wear jeans that have a flare cut; 3. my school is pretty conservative so we students are not allowed to wear shorts or skirts that are over the knee, sleeveless, blackless, you get the picture.

I wanted to have an edgier style because I like the colors, which I know are usually black, dark blue, etc. Those colors make me look smaller. So please help me, I'm tired of my usual jeans and shirt combo.

Thank you!

I always wear shirts as dresses but the Forever 21 Black Bow Top you have posted up as a LBD is no where near long enough to be worn as a dress. I own the top and I am 4'11. The top is super flattering otherwise though!
