Celebrity street style, May 2011 - LeAnn Rimes, Brooklyn Decker, and Minka Kelly

Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by LeAnn Rimes, Brooklyn Decker, and Minka Kelly. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.

Look 1: LeAnn Rimes’ Romper & Blazer Look

Songstress LeAnn Rimes was traveling this week, wearing a fashionable little number that could take you from a day in the sun to an evening out. She wore a fun patterned romper with a white blazer and wedge sandals, accessorizing with some Ray Ban Wayfarers and a shoulder bag with fringe detailing.

A romper like LeAnn’s is a great way to look cute for summer with comfort and ease, and by adding the structured blazer and heels, you can transform it into a look that’s perfect for a night out.

Now that it’s summer, tons of stores are carrying an array rompers in tons of fun prints. A pink-hued romper will look particularly good with a white blazer, which is always a fabulous piece for summer. Some black wedges (or sandals) and black Wayfarers or (Wayfarer-esque sunglasses) are hip ways to accessorize. Finish with a fringe shoulder bag to hold your essentials.

Look 2: Brooklyn Decker’s Metallic Mini & Chambray Shirt Combo

Supermodel Brooklyn Decker was photographed at a charity event this past week rocking a metallic skirt with a classic chambray shirt. This outfit caught my eye because of the mixed fabrics: The laid-back denim shirt makes the metallic skirt more casual and appropriate for the season, creating a dressed-down yet glam look.

Chambray shirts have been a huge trend over the past year, and, as Brooklyn shows us, these tops are still super hot for summer. By pairing this casual-cool shirt with a metallic mini, you will achieve an eclectic, slightly indie-chic look. Pair the ensemble with some suedette lace-up wedges and a wide black belt for a glamorous touch, or with some t-strap sandals for a more relaxed feel.

Look 3: Minka Kelly’s Colorful Frock

Actress Minka Kelly looked cheerful recently in a bright orange dress with a pretty draped shape, neutral colored flats and a shoulder bag, as well as some aviator sunglasses and leaf-shaped earrings. Now that it’s heating up, a colorful frock like Minka’s is a perfect summer staple – while Ms. Kelly’s outfit looks very put-together, a dress like hers makes it truly easy to look chic in two seconds.

To recreate Minka’s look, choose a dress in a fun, bright shade with an elegant shape: This Forever 21 creation is the same shade as Minka’s dress and features a similar draped shape. By adding some gold flats and gold-toned leaf-shaped earrings, you can dress up the look. Finally, the aviator sunglasses and neutral handbag look great with this outfit, but are truly great everyday staples.

Loving LeAnn’s romper. I’ve been obsessed with rompers for some time now and whenever I can find one in a playful print, I have to have it. I usually throw a cardigan over it, but I like the sharp quality that the blazer brings.

Love the first outfit, but when did Leann Rimes get soooooo thin? Her legs are way too skinny! :/

Hmm I don’t know I feel about the chambray shirt + shiny skirt trend, but I do kinda want to pair mine with a bandage skirt. :)

I’m not in love with any of the looks this week. Some of the individual pieces used in the examples are great. I love the gray heels in Look 3 and the dress in Look 2, it’s just the looks overall that don’t click for me.

    Nice Looks,

I think leann’s romper is actually from h&m….
Or they just have one in the exact same pattern in stores now… Which is also pretty good ;)

Love how the white blazer makes it into a nighttime look!!!
