Celebrity Street Style of the Week: Jordana Brewster, Kate Hudson, & Ashley Hart
Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by Jordana Brewster, Kate Hudson, and Ashley Hart. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.
Look 1: Jordana Brewster’s Fun Floral Look

Actress Jordana Brewster looked super cute while out and about this week in a light floral dress, a denim shirt, some cool shades, and the highly coveted Celine luggage tote, which has been seen on a slew of other leading ladies.
Jordana’s outfit reminds me of why I love this season: While layering is fun, nothing beats the simplicity of throwing on a dress and immediately having a “look.” Jordana’s denim shirt tones down the fun, bright pattern of her dress, making it a bit more casual, while also adding an extra layer of dimension and interest.

Getting Jordana’s look is super easy. A fun floral dress will serve you well in the summer and spring, and can even be worn into the fall season with the addition of an extra layer… like a stylish denim shirt. While we can’t all afford fabulous Celine bags, this large gray faux leather tote still makes a fashion-forward statement, and is so versatile that it can be paired with a huge array of outfits. For footwear, Jordana opted for some simple flip flops; if you want to add a bit more “oomph” to your look, try some bright strappy sandals that bring out the tones of the floral print.
Look 2: Kate Hudson is the Lady in Red

Kate Hudson had all eyes on her while making a stylish exit from a New York City cab in a fab red dress. She played up her brightly colored frock by adding tons of stylish accessories, like an oversize leather bag with fringe detailing, a gold pendant necklace, and some plastic sunglasses.

As I mentioned earlier, summer fashion is all about dresses: It’s so nice to grab just one piece of clothing and instantly look cute! A bold red dress will certainly catch eyes, especially when combined with unique pieces like a gold tone pendant necklace, some fun sunglasses, sandals (these have a faint leopard print), and my favorite of all, a statement bag. This one, from Akira, features dark fringe detailing like Kate’s, and will make even the plainest outfit look a lot more bold.
Look 3: Ashley Hart’s Walk on the Wild Side

Supermodel Jessica Hart is known for her super cool model-off-duty style, but her sister Ashley Hart, also a model, has been proving that style runs in the family. This week, she wore some daring denim shorts with leopard print patchwork, pairing them with relaxed pieces like a loose, neutral-colored sweater and flat sandals. She added a pop of color with a bold cross-body bag in kelly green, a hue that shouts “summer!”

You might think that leopard print denim shorts would be hard to find, but surprisingly, there are tons of pairs available in stores – clearly, fun jean shorts are a big trend right now. I love these slightly distressed leopard denim shorts from Nasty Gal – they look a lot like Jessica’s, and they’re on sale for just $30! Next, tone these bold bottoms down with a lightweight sweater in a neutral hue. Finally, flat sandals pair well with everything, while eclectic bracelets and a bright little bag make this outfit stand out.
