I’ve totally tried the alcohol-infused gummy bears – & they’re delicious! It’s important to let them sit for a really long time though, like 2 or 3 days. I made the mistake (the first time around) for only letting them sit for a few hours before a party. They were good, but not great.

    But yes, they’re delicious.

My friend made vodka bears for my birthday, and while they do have the potential to be delicious DO NOT soak them in 100% grain alcohol. They will get you were you need to be, but it’s not a tasty ride :p

I always love the hautelinks, but I just have to point out that the “mature people truths” are submissions stolen from I know College Fashion didn’t have anything to do with the misrepresentation, but I like to give credit where credit is due.

I’ve done the vodka gummi bears for about a year now and they are awesome! Just make sure you soak them over night and just put enough vodka to wear they are just being covered. P.S. Don’t use tequilla those are gross then

i’ve never done the gummy bears but i did skittles–sorted them out by colors and stuck each color in a jar of vodka. it made really delicious vodka and you can eat the skittles afterwards.

I’ve made/had alcohol infused gummy bears. They’re really good! It’s better to swallow them then chew them unless you really love the taste of vodka.

I haven’t tried the bears, and I actually didn’t try the mug brownie you guys linked to, but I did try a mug brownie. After seeing the recipe, I decided to search the web for a similar one that called for regular sugar instead of brown sugar, because we were out. There’s a thousand different variations on these delicious little things. I made some for my boyfriend and I, and they’re AMAZING. The only thing you should really keep in mind though is the size/wattage of your microwave. We have a small microwave, so typically it takes it about twice as long to cook. I underestimated the brownie and accidentally overcooked my boyfriend’s, but I cooked mine for 2 instead of 1 minute and it was perfect. A mug of brownie and a mug of milk–perfection!
