Hautelinks - your weekly source for the best of the web

Here’s the first edition of a new weekly feature we’re going to be doing here at CF!

There are so many amazing websites and blogs that are constantly updated 24/7 – the pace can make your head spin! To help you keep up with it all, we’ve decided to start compiling our favorite links from the week into one mega link post each Thursday! From the latest in the fashion world to cool websites we think you guys would like, it’s all here for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

* Who What Wear is doing a great mini video series called “Schooled in Style”, where they help students dress better for school. Even if you’re not in school, the girls at WWW have fabulous style tips that are worth listening to!

* Missed the Emmy’s? Catch up on Emmy fashion – from the decadent details (in pictures) to red carpet videos.

* Turn this Room into an Outfit is a fabulous idea for an article from Design*Sponge!

* Glamour’s Top 10 OMG Moments of Spring 2010 New York Fashion Week makes me miss NYFW and all the craziness that comes along with it… is it Spring yet?

* Stacey and Clinton solve your denim dilemmas in What Not to Wear: Perfect Jeans.

* New York Magazine’s blog, The Cut, gives us a rundown of London Fashion Week designers, with links to each collection.

* Threadbanger shows us how to make an open back, drape front halter out of an old tee.

* Models on London Runways Aren’t Only 19 Years Old, 107 Pounds, and White. I have to say, it’s about time this was the case!

* Need a new hairstyle for fall? Shine’s list of the 10 best hairstyles (for when you really need a change) is a fantastic place to get your inspiration going!

* Fall Sweaters at TJ Maxx is a great guide to shopping at the discount retailer, and features a good overview of the types of things you’re likely to find there.

* What Makes a Trend? from Cupcakes and Mace is an interesting topic with no clear answer, it seems.

* Love Starbucks but not a fan of the price tag? The Kitchn has a DIY Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Mmm.

* The Dress Size Converter will tell you your dress size in other countries – could definitely come in handy if you’re planning to study abroad.

* If you aren’t already a fan of us on FB, add College Fashion on Facebook! (We’ll love you forever!)

Have a fabulous Thursday night and we’ll see you tomorrow!

These links sound great, and I love the idea of this new feature! Off to check some of them out now, especially the Pumpkin Latte – I’ve never seen one in a Starbucks before! Maybe they’re US only?

I LOVE when blogs do this kind of a feature! Keep it up keep it up keep it up!

Stacy and Clinton were SO funny. “That’s all we’re going to say about jeans now. Ever.” I have to agree with them, owning good jeans is important but the bottom half of a wardrobe shouldn’t stop there. I personally try not to wear jeans any more than two days a week to class since I have so many other types of pants, cute skirts, and casual dresses that need some lovin’.
