My Top Five Pieces for Spring 2012 Are:

1.) Lolita Sunglassees: They make anyone feel like a kid again and make any outfit look a bit more fun.

2.) Cigarette Pants: I first saw them here, and I love them! I don’t wear jeans that much, I’m more of a dress and skirt person. I always try to find pants that aren’t jeans and I already have too many corduroy bell bottoms, so these are perfect for me.

3.) Peter Pan Collared Shirts: Whethers they are dress shirts or t-shirts, I love peter-pan collars because they make an outfit unique and make it look a bit vintage.

4.) Pleated Maxi Skirts: I always feel so confident in my maxi skirt, especially with a killer pair of wedges, and I also love pleats, so why not put the two together?

5.) Jeffrey Campbell ’60s Floral Lana Boot: I first saw these on Urban Outfitters, and I fell in love! The price tag is a little bit much, but these are so unique and different. I have been saving my money so I can buy these, and maybe if I win a giftcard, and can actually buy them!

3. Denim… I’m looking forward to kicking back in my favorite pair of jeans or paring an awesome denim button-down with white skinny jeans! (I live in San Francisco, so here jeans are always a spring-look on chillier days!)

4. Natural hair/makeup. To me, spring means pink lips, blush cheeks, naturally glowing skin (sunscreen always!), a little mascara, some Moroccan oil in my naturally wavy hair, signature scent (I love Philosophy’s Pure Grace for summer and Chloe for spring!) and that’s it!

5. Fun nails. I’m a baker and at work while in the kitchen, customers can watch me bake, so I love having bright nails to stare at while rolling shortbread or cutting scones! Plus, I get all kinds of compliments when I’m out! (right now I have blue with white polka dots!)
