I'm inspired by Annie Hall because she has the totally cool-even-though-I'm-not-trying-look that I always want to achieve. I don't think I could rock these looks though because my school is about Hollister and Hot Topic and other big name mall brands so I think that if I wore these looks I would stick out in a bad way. At first I used to hate menswear inspired fashion when it was first gaining popularity but now I love it!!

Menswear is incredibly sexy - sometimes I think even sexier than hip-hugging body-clinging outfits. There's just an aura of power and confidence that comes from wearing that preppy blazer or a button-down tucked into jeans. I try to play up this style because not a lot of girls embrace menswear for women here at my college. It's different and I have to say I do love it and sport it a lot.

I have never seen the movie, but I already like this Annie Hall's style :)

Annie Hall is an amazing, wonderful movie, and I am so glad you did this particular post, because there should be more on mixing menswear and feminine touches. That said, is a cloche hat really 70's? I thought it first came into prominence in the 20's, with the whole flapper craze. I don't mind though, I love cloches!
