Target to Launch First Loungewear Diffusion Line
Target is teaming up with loungewear and lingerie designer Josie Natori to create an exclusive collection for the store. The collaboration was announced via Twitter by Natori and is set to be Target’s first ever limited edition loungewear line.
The designer is known for her luxe “East meets West” approach to lingerie and loungewear, which is sure to translate into the diffusion line. Josie Natori for Target will include items like bras, panties, sleepwear, loungewear, camis and chemises and is planned to be released in two separate installments.
The first collection will launch in Target stores and online on Oct. 30 and be available through Dec. 25. The second installment debuts Jan. 1 through Feb. 26. According to WWD, the dates were chosen to coincide with the holiday season and Valentine’s Day, respectively.
Items in the Josie Natori for Target collection will be priced between $9.99 and $34.99.

Jessica- A diffusion line is just another phrase for a designer collaboration. Basically, it’s when a high-end designer does a lower priced line :)
Shay- Me too! I love pretty loungewear.
Miranda

Tai- Loungewear consists of items like cute sweats, camis, shorts and hoodies– comfy stuff that you can wear around the dorm or house. Aerie and the VS Pink collection are two examples of loungewear lines :)
