Target is well-known for their creative and innovative marketing strategies, but now they’re taking it to a whole new level by introducing the first ever “shoppable” Web series as part of their fall campaign.
Called “Falling for You,” the short film is described as “[a] romantic comedy highlighting fall fashion, beauty and home product from Target” that stars Kristen Bell, Nia Long, and Zachary Abel. Here’s where the shoppable part comes in: if you see something you like while watching the video, simply click on it to be taken directly to the product page. Pretty cool, right?
According to WWD, “Falling for You” will be divided into three separate 5-minute segments with the first being released tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 2. The second and third installments will be released Oct. 4 and Oct. 9, respectively. All three segments will be available to watch on target.com/fallingforyou.
