OPI and Nicki Minaj to Launch Nail Polish Collection
Nail polish company OPI has teamed up with rapper Nicki Minaj to create a line of polishes inspired by Nicki’s one-of-a-kind style and love for bright colors.
Nicki Minaj by OPI will include six polishes, each named after a track from her debut album Pink Friday. The collection features two glitter-packed polishes, three brightly-colored solids and one brand-new addition to OPI’s popular “shatter” line.
The limited-edition nail polishes are set to retail for $8.50 each and will be available at OPI retailers nationwide starting in January 2012.

I like her music and her fearlessness in terms of style. I’ll definitely be on the look-out for the shatter polish. I just think those are great plus I love the whole dark purple-ish tint to it.

My favorite out of all the nailpolishes would be the lime green one:) It so reminds me of a monster coming at you, mwahahahahahahahah. jk.. Well, I think Nicki Minaj collaborating with OPI nailpolish is the best thing yet coming to beauty in stores.

I have mixed feelings about Nicki Minaj. While I do enjoy her music and her fearlessness, sometimes I wonder how much of it is an attempt to fit in with the outlandish likes of Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. To me, sometimes less is more, but at least this OPI line is just the right amount. I will definitely be scooping up Fly and Super Bass Shatter when they come out!
