Kardashians to Launch Plus-Sized Clothing Line
It was recently announced that the Kardashians would be expanding their Kardashian Kollection line at Sears to include plus sizes.
According to Glamour, the line — called Kardashian Kurves – already launched a denim collection last month, but will expand this fall to include a full range of ready-to-wear items including tops, bottoms, dresses and outerwear. The line also released some sketches of the upcoming collection (shown above right).
Kardashian Kurves will carry sizes 18- 24 and will launch online and in Sears stores nationwide starting this October. Prices will range from $68 to $110.

This is actually very nice. Finally someone noticing bigger sizes. And the prices are not even that bad. Will be waiting for more news on this!

I agree with Denny that it is nice that they are expanding that way, but I think the prices are a little ridiculous. I mean, its Sears. I work at Sears and one of the top complaints I hear about are how expensive the Kardashian line is. Granted it is a department store and they will most likely have some markdowns, it just stinks a little from a consumer’s perspective.

Yay! I think it is great that they are acknowledging bigger sizes, I use to be a size 18 and it was hard finding viable clothing options, this is great news!

These prices are so expensive for Sears! I mean, I know they are “celebrities” but the clothing starts at $68? That is ridiculous.

I’m excited about this. My best friend is a size 15, and it’s difficult for her to find fashionable clothes. The Kardashians are curvy women in a variety of sizes, so I think this is a natural fit for them. Yeah, the prices are a bit much, but at Sears they are always 40% off (the local one anyway).

i think this is great! the kardashians make women who have fuller figures feel comfortable and confident. its great that they are using there celebrity status to appeal to all types of people. as for the pricing I do agree with people above, however if the clothes look good on you and they make you feel confident there should be a little wiggle room in your budget.

Does anyone know how Forever 21 and H&M’s plus sized lines compare to that of the Kardashians?

This is great, I’m not size plus, but I can see that in our country (Macedonia) there is no trendy and fashionable clothes for size plus women.
p.s. even though I’m little older (31) I love CF :)
