First Look at Nicole by OPI’s Kardashian Nail Polish Collection
Love ‘em or hate ‘em, you have to admit that the Kardashians are a branding powerhouse, with dozens of collaborations and collections donning the Kardashian name. So, it’s no surprise that the reality TV family has teamed up with Nicole by OPI to create a limited-edition nail polish collection.
Called Kardashian Kolors — yep, with a “K” — the collection will include 14 shades, each named after a member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan. Polishes are set to retail for $8 apiece and will be available in stores for the 2011 holiday season.

I’m really disappointed they don’t have a Bruce Jenner color. Olympic gold? Some crazy color the shade of his unruly hair? I think they missed an opportunity there!!

“Kim-pletely in Love” (light pink, top row, 3rd from the left) and
“My Empire…My Rules” (gray, bottom row, all the way on the right).

Hahah the names are cute. The colors are pretty, and I can actually picture them wearing most of the colors-it seems like they actually had a hand in picking them and didn’t just slap their names on the product . i’m definitely buying a couple!

Dumb names. The ones named after Kendall and Kylie are the best colors, though. I really want Rainbow in the S-Kylie, but I don’t want to say it out loud to anyone.

For fall, I would go for “Disco Dolls” and “Sealed with a Kris”, other then that these shades are still pretty chic.

I admit, the Kardashians are a guilty pleasure of mine. I have to say, I won’t be buying any of their polish colors though, not because of the Kardashians, but because I’ve found the Nicole by OPI line largely disappointing. It chips like a dollar store brand :-(

I love Rainbow in the S-kylie and the other sparkly ones…I think it’s smart the Kardashian clan are doing as much as they can now because later they will simply be a family of the past…

Aarghh…the names! Ugh, so annoying! That said, I do like the red and the light pink. They’re definitely shades I could find for much cheaper, though.

I am so excited to try all of these! I change my nail color every week depending on my mood, but lately I’ve been stuck on “kourt is red-y for a pedi”, because it’s a great color for spring and matches every outfit. The color sometimes changes to hot pink in the shade and then red in the light. I am a fan on the red shades, so I want to try “sealed with a Kris” next! :)
