During this time of year, bad days are pretty much par for the course – with the stress of exams, schoolwork, and applying for summer programs and internships, coupled with reduced daylight, gloomy weather, and, oh yeah, the fact that Valentine’s Day falls directly after the biggest breakup month of the year, February is a hard time to stay positive and happy.

That said, even the worst days can be turned around… we promise! Although it might not seem like it, sometimes all you need is a little change of perspective to start feeling good again.     totally agree!! everything always works itself out on it’s own!! just got to give it a little time :)

    While I do have pessimistic tendencies, I was able to come up with at least one reason why those things wouldn’t work, even if just for me personally. We all have those days where you can’t just turn around how you feel, as upsetting as that may be. We are not always in control of our emotions. It’s not that simple.
