During this time of year, bad days are pretty much par for the course – with the stress of exams, schoolwork, and applying for summer programs and internships, coupled with reduced daylight, gloomy weather, and, oh yeah, the fact that Valentine’s Day falls directly after the biggest breakup month of the year, February is a hard time to stay positive and happy.
