		<description>I’m not sure how factual this is, but I have heard from quite a few people that the Privacy Settings that Facebook has aren’t all that reliable. I would hate to think that an employer/potential employer would somehow hack into my profile to gain access to it without my permission and then either punish me or choose not to hire me because of something I had on it. I think that if your actions aren&#039;t illegal and aren’t affecting your performance in the workplace, what you do in your personal life is your decision. You shouldn’t have to change or hide who you are to keep or get a job.

But unfortunately, we aren’t so lucky. Keep monitoring those pictures and wall posts…</description>
