I believe she got it at Target. All you have to do is draw the line, and then paint over it with the light pink color. I find keeping your arm touching a table helps because it makes your hand more stable, but practice is key. Also, thanks! Using a ridge-filling base makes the polish go on super smooth, so the brush strokes won't show up.
